Of the four bottles one of the pumps wouldn't activate, 25% failure!

The soap is lovely and smells fantastic. I like that it doesn’t have lots of nasty chemicals in it which is the reason I bought it. I’m a little disappointed as I have tried to reach out to the company a couple of times through their online contact us form (no email address available) and have not had a response.
