    Order online gift voucher - as for someone else, was worthwhile phone call to clarify over payment details, whose info to provide etc. That said, bit drawn out process for sending across to recipient in acceptable format. Person answered query & very pleasant, efficient. On resolving, friend was highly delighted & I believe spent straightaway on their chosen items that arrived very swiftly after!

    Your online voucher purchase is rubbish

    You really need to sort out your online ordering of vouchers as gifts. Using Shopify which has very out of date details for the purchaser, is useless. There is no point at which you can say delivery to gift recipient, billing address to gift giver. As I would imagine a lot of people are wanting to give vouchers as gifts rather than purchase them for themselves, You really need to sort this. I can see from other reviews that other people have multitude problems with this.
