Our Bog Myrtle Hand Wash has a lovely fresh herbal, lemony scent to cleanse and nourish skin.

Naturally anti-bacterial and moisturising hand wash with aloe vera. Scottish herbalists have long valued the wonderful antibacterial properties of bog myrtle (sometimes referred to as Scotland's tea tree) however its uses have mostly been forgotten in recent times. Naturally fragranced with plant extracts and essential oils.

We wild-harvest the little waxy leaves of the bog myrtle plant in the early summer and believe we are the only UK company to distil it and make it into essential oil for use in soap and skincare - check out the video of the process below. We are big believers in its medicinal and anti-ageing properties.

Delighted!

I bought this to go along with the hand and body’s cream. I used to love wandering amongst the bog myrtle on the hill as a child and this is a reminder of those days. Really enjoying all the products I’ve bought from the HSC. They are vegan, ethically sourced and this company helps to give the locals in the Fort employment. I have decided to change and buy all my skin and hair care from them.
