Highland Soap/Perle Hotels Competition 2025 - Terms & Conditions

The promoter of the Highland Soap/Perle Hotels Competition is: The Highland Soap Co Ltd whose registered office is at Inverlochy Mains, Fort William, PH33 6TQ, Scotland

  1. Eligibility
    This competition is open to entrants aged 18 and over, residing in the UK. Employees of The Edinburgh 16-20,The Highland Soap Co Ltd, Perle Hotels, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  2. Competition Period
    The competition opens on 12th May and closes at 11:59 PM on 30th May. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
  3. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:
    • subscribe to Perle Hotels mailing list and Highland Soap’s mailing list using the newsletter boxes on their websites and purchase from Highland Soap's Wild Gorse range
    • Or:
    • Follow @edinburgh1620hotel and @highlandsoap on Facebook
    • Like the official competition post
    • Tag at least one person in the comments
      • A Bonus entry may be given for sharing the post to Instagram Stories by public profiles.
  4. Prize
    One winner will receive a 2-night stay for two people at The Edinburgh 16-20 hotel. The prize includes accommodation only (room only or bed & breakfast, depending on your offering) Travel, meals, and additional expenses are not included.
  5. Prize Redemption
    • The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner announcement.
    • Dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply (e.g., Edinburgh Festival, public holidays).
  6. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and contacted via their method of entering (Instagram, facebook or by email subscription) within 7 days of the competition closing. If no response is received within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.
  7. Publicity
    By entering, the winner agrees to allow their name and/or image to be used in promotional material related to this competition, including social media announcements.
  8. Data Protection
    Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. It will not be shared with third parties.
  9. General
    • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
    • The Edinburgh 16-20 and Highland Soap Company reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
    • No cash alternative will be offered.
