Price
Prices in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP), inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Ordering and Payment
We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. No order is accepted by The Highland Soap Co. until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.

Tax
The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.

Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay for any cause.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your Highland Soap Co. purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges.

  • Refunds: Simply return your unopened purchases to us within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. This is conditional on the return of goods in their original packaging and in good condition. We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.
  • Exchanges:Simply return your unopened purchases to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then despatch replacement goods straight away. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel an order by emailing orders@highlandsoaps.com quoting your Highland Soap Co. order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us by following our refund instructions.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.

Law
Any dispute to be governed by Scottish Law.

Product Variations
Please be aware that product colour and texture variations occur occasionally, and naturally as part of the handmade manufacturing process and nature of the raw plant ingredients we use.
