UK MAINLAND STANDARD RATES
Standard Royal Mail delivery to Scottish Islands, UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. All parcels will require a signature on delivery. If there's normally no one at home a card will be left to re-arrange delivery or for you to collect from your local Royal Mail depot. For your convenience we are quite happy to ship to your work address if that helps. Delays may be experienced since we are shipping from a remote village in the Highlands of Scotland.

WEDDING FAVOURS
Our favours are all handmade and personalised to order. When placing your order please let us know your wedding date, and allow 6 weeks lead-time for delivery (standard delivery rates apply). Online payments are taken at the time of order, not the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled securely, and not stored by us.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
A signature will be required for proof of delivery. Worldwide delivery using Airmail normally takes between 5-10 working days from when you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year. Please note the purchaser may incur additional import duties levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied. At this time we deliver only to the countries listed below.

Parcels that exceed the Royal Mail's weight limit of 2kg will be sent by Parcel Force Worldwide and may incur extra postal charges. We will email to inform you of any extra charges before processing, and advise you on how to proceed with your order.
