The design used on this wall plaque is taken from a Celtic carved stone found on the tiny island of Iona off the West coast of Scotland. Iona was one of the most important religious sites in Dark Age Britain. The island owes its fame to the monastery which was founded by St Columba.
Handmade in Scotland by Andrew McGavin. The colours and markings of each plaque are unique, just like real stone. Height 25cm
